William Lee “Big Willie” Steele 31 of Thornville passed away on Wednesday May 27, 2020 at his home.

He was born October 11, 1988 in Newark the son of Billie Jean Peyton and Richard Runyon.

He was a self-employed flooring installer and enjoyed carpentry work; family was very important to him and he loved helping everybody who needed a hand and he always took special care of his grandma.

Besides his parents he is survived by his girlfriend and her children Angel Love, Dalton, Brendan and Gracyn; his brothers Kevin (Brooke) Runyon, James (Amber) Runyon and Todd (Michelle) Runyon; his sisters Alex Runyon and Taylor (Ben ) McClincy; his grandmothers Margie Peyton and June Brewer; uncle Dale (Rita) Runyon; his aunt Tena (George) Ferguson; nieces and nephews Serenity, McKenleigh, Alayna, Brielle, Jadyn, Sophia, Malcolm, Kaeden, and Eirianna; several cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers William Peyton and Ralph Brewer and his uncle Harry “Buddy” Peyton.

Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held.
