Virginia "Ginny" Christy

In Loving memory of Virginia Christy (Ginny), age 60 of The Plains , Ohio,who unexpectedly passed at her residence on November 25 th 2025

She was born in Athens Ohio, the daughter of the late William Thomas Christy.

Ginny carried many titles in her life sister, mom , momma, grandma , granny, Gigi ,girlfriend,friend,caregiver ,  community coordinator and many more . She was the life , joy and laughter of any gathering or party . She loved life her children and her family . She enjoyed all the times and mini vacations she spent them and captured so many memories of over the years. She was a very unique and one of a kind woman with a sense of humor like no other and has left behind more than she will ever know for everyone to cherish .

Ginny is survived by her siblings  brothers Ronnie Christy & family of Cannanville Ohio , Jim Christy & family of Athens Ohio and sister Bobbi Christy & family of Athens Ohio
Her sons to carry on her name Michael / Stephanie Christy of Jacksonville Ohio their sons  Montrayel /Madaline and great Grandaughter Millie Moon Christy of North Carolina , Germaine /fiancé Nevaeh Williams /Christy  and , Donovan Cristy all of Jacksonville Ohio ,
Robin /Stacey Christy and Children Mia and Emmet Christy of Glouster Ohio .
Kennith R.Ross long time partner /spouse and Stepchildren
Azuree Rollins & son Ryze Rollins of North Carolina 
Tiera/Rashawn Johnson and children Nyema,Nyla,Nizar Rollins of Georgia 
Stepson Kennith J Ross and sons Trendym and Adrick Ross from West Virginia
Sasha Turner and son Luke Foye of west Virgina Also several nieces nephews ,cousins &  too many in-laws and friend to list .

Also a community of friends and neighbors that she put so much of her time and joy into and many friends from the food trailer festivals she attended thru-out the years .

She was preceded in death by her father Thomas Christy  and grandmother Thelma Withem and  Cora Brooks (Momma Ross )
