Steven Dwane Ervin II, of Lancaster, passed away on May 14, 2025 at The Pickering House of Fairhope Hospice in Lancaster. Dwane was born July 3, 1978 in Logan, Ohio. He was a son of the late Steven Dwane Ervin and Leland Ann (Pitts) Kokinos. He was an employee of Interstate Cold Storage in Columbus. He had an aptitude for fixing things- from toasters to automobiles! Dwane had a tremendous amount of love for his children and would do anything for them. Besides his mother, he is survived by his children Mercadies Ervin, Rhyleigh Hillyard, Madison (Donald) Remy, Morgan Remy, Justus Hall, Hayleigh McClain, Natalie McClain, Luke (Breawna) Kilbarger, Braydon( Hailee) Lininger, Steven Ervin, and Jacob Chambers Fiancee Alicia Longaberger; sisters Tiffany (Mark) Nicholson and Kira Ervin; brothers Josh (Janey) Ervin, Eric Ervin, Nicholas Kokinos, and Steve (Kayla) Kokinos III; step-father Steve Kokinos II; grandchildren Rebekah, Emery, Harper, Aleah, Corbyn, Marcia, and “one-on-way” Arsen; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his son,,Darieon paternal grandparents Walter Dwane Ervin and Algean M. (Bishop) Ervin-Flynn; maternal grandparents Wilbur and Mary Jean Pitts; uncle Mike Ervin; and step-grandfather Frank Flynn.
