Sharon Ann (Poling) Hiles

Sharon Ann Poling Hiles 83 of New Lexington passed away at The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus.

Sharon was born August 12, 1940, in Toledo, Oh a daughter of the late Clifford and Margaret Richards Poling.

She enjoyed making crafts for her grandchildren and making them smile, she always supported the V.F.W. and anything to help veterans. She also enjoyed fishing.

 She is survived by her children Tammy (John) Dickerson, Edward (Angela) Duffee, Theodore Hiles III and Carol Mauller; 10 grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Harold N. Duffee Jr., her second husband Theodore Hiles Jr.; her sons Harold N. Duffee III. and Carl C. Duffee Sr.; her brothers Larry Poling and Frances Danison; sister Faye Poling.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday February 8, 2024, at the J.E. Humphrey funeral Home, Shawnee, with Rev. Gerald Mershimer officiating.

Following services cremation will take place.

Friends may call from 4-7 P.M. on Thursday at the funeral home.
