Sandra "Sandy" L (Skinner) Fulk

Sandra “Sandy” L Fulk 78, of Moxahala, passed away on Friday January 30, 2026, at her home.

Sandy was born on June 1, 1947, in Marietta Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles” Chuck” and Donna (Sommerville) Skinner.

Sandy was a retired employee of Cooper- Standard and a former employee of Nelson- McCoy Pottery. Her favorite job was as a stay-at-home mom raising her kids and taking care of her family. She attended the Oakfield Wesleyan Church, and enjoyed attending her kids, grandkids and her husband Tom’s sporting events, she was their biggest cheerleader.

Survived by her husband of 55 years Tom Fulk, her children, Jamie Crawford, Rhonda (Joe) Humphrey, Jim Crawford, and Tom (Kathy) Fulk; sister Brenda Starner, and brother Chuck Coakley, 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents Sandy was preceded in death by her grandson Trevor Fulk, daughter-in-law Lisa Crawford; her in-laws Russell and Margie Fulk, nephew, Timmy Fulk, brother-in-law Dave Starner; her siblings, Robert Skinner, Wanda Tanner-Wade, Billie Tanner-Bayles and Pasty Tanner-Weaver.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday February 3, 2026, at Oakfield Wesleyan Church

Funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 pm on Wednesday February 4, 2026, at the church with the Reverand Dan Hinkle officiating.

Interment: Oakfield Cemetery.
