Roger E Hutchinson

Roger E. Hutchinson 83 of New Lexington, formerly of Shawnee passed away Friday April 16, 2021 at his home.

He was born March 2, 1938 in New Lexington a son of the late Clarence O Hutchinson and Forest Jenkins Weese

He retired from Hutchinson Oil Company, founding member of the Perry County Baseball Hall of Fame, and a U.S. Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife Deborah Hutchinson of the home; his sons Donald Hutchinson of London, Ohio, Waid Hutchinson of Roseville and Zachary Hutchinson of Westerville; his daughter Ada Renee (Bruce) Boyer of New Lexington; stepdaughter Stephanie Blackson of New Lexington; his brothers Don and Paul Hutchinson; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 7 sisters and 4 brothers.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday April 19 2021 at 1:00 p.m.at the Shawnee Cemetery with Pastor Ed Harding officiating.

Military graveside honors will be conducted by Junction City American Legion Post 376.
