Obituary

Roger A. George 64 of Zanesville passed away at his family member’s home in Hemlock on April 11, 2023, after an extended illness.

He was born August 7, 1958, in Marietta, a son of the late Pauline June George Duncan.

Roger loved his family and his dogs, he enjoyed gardening, mowing grass and helping Veterans.

He is survived by his wifey Jane George; his children Stacy George, Danielle Hunter, Christopher (Pauline) Parsons, Courtney Ferrel, Whitney George, Brittany McCoid and Roger Alan (Chelsi) George Jr.; brother Richard Dean (Regina) Duncan; sister Dianna Myers; many others who called him Dad; numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Besides his mother he was preceded in death by his daughters Tabitha Winland and Amanda Jane George; son Shannon Hook; sister Patricia Lynne Van Person and his step father Richard Duncan.

Per Roger’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
