Robert " Bob" Stanley

Robert Lee Stanley Sr. 68, of Drakes passed away at his home on Wednesday November 15, 2023.

 Bob was born on February 3, 1955, in Lancaster Ohio, a son of the late Janet E. (Seals) Stanley and James G. Stanley.

He was a retired welder have worked for Anderson Manufacturing and Ace labs. Bob was a longtime member of the National Rifle Association, who enjoyed hunting and fishing. When it came to automobiles Fords were always the right choice.

Bob is survived by his wife of 51 years, Virginia A. (Chafin) Stanley, children; Bobby (Cynthia) Stanley, Karen McKee, Crystal (Will) Brumfield, Ayla Stanley, Raphael Stanley and Jedidiah Stanley, Sisters; Tammy (Paul) Yeager, and Jill Willis, brothers; James (Pam) Stanley and Wesley Stanley, 9 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and his dog Christian.

Besides his mother and father, Bob was preceded in death by his stepfather Dallas Stanley, and great- grandson Devin Stanley.

Funeral services will be held at 1P.M. on Saturday November 18, 2023, at THE J.E. HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME 118 W. Walnut St. SHAWNEE. With Marsellus Jarvis officiating. Interment Beech Grove Cemetery,
