Marion J. Pierce, 72 of Moxahala, passed away Monday October 28, 2024, at the Genesis Perry County Medical Center, Somerset.
He was born April 16, 1952, in Crooksville, the son of the late Clifford and Beverly Driggs Pierce.
Marion was a proud citizen of his beautiful hometown of Moxahala. He was a Truck Driver, who enjoyed fishing, race cars, sports, target shooting, motorcycle rides, especially vacations on his bike and he was a member of the MOPAR Lounge in beautiful downtown Moxahala; but more than any of this, he loved spending time with his grandkids and attending their various activities.
He is survived by his wife Linda Bishop Pierce; his son and daughter in law Troy (Brooke) Pierce and their children Kaleb, AJ, Allie, and Parker his daughter Brandi and her children Xavier and Cooper; his sisters Christie (Chris) Murphy and Debbie Halsey; sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Marlin Browning; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday November 2, 2024, at the J. E. Humphrey Funeral Home 118 W. Walnut Street, Shawnee with Pastor Richard Fitch officiating.
Interment: South Fork Cemetery, Moxahala.
