Linda Kay Denney

Linda K. Denney, 67, of Marietta, formerly of New Straitsville, passed away Friday, June 5 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. 
Linda was born January 31, 1953 in Nelsonville, a daughter of the late Jacob W. and Wavelene M. (Six) Denney. 
Linda was a librarian and teaching assistant at the Marietta Bible College for many years. 
She was a 1971 graduate of Miller High School and attended Marietta Bible College. Linda was an avid reader and loved her church and reading the Bible. Good food and a Pepsi-Cola were favorites of hers.
She is survived by her sister Brenda (Rusty) Saffell; her brother William W. Denney; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; and good friends of over 40 years, Dr. Myron K. Guiler and his wife Linda.
Besides her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Jay Ratliff. 
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will happen at a later date.
