Lawrence "Larry" G Musick

Lawrence “ Larry” G. Musick, 79, of New Lexington passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at New Lexington Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on July 18, 1943 and raised in Corning Ohio.

Larry was a retired truck driver for Yellow Freight, a member of the New Lexington Eagles, and he attended Corning High School.

As a young man, he hitch-hiked to California and back, he was a fan old country music, he loved the Ohio State Buckeyes, and he hated Michigan.

Larry is survived by his wife Sandy Musick; daughter Lisa (John Koontz) Skaggs; grandchildren Brittany (Michael) Palmer and Dylan (Maddie Ashby) Skaggs; great-grandchildren Jaxson Stover, Bentley Palmer, and Hunter Palmer; brothers Dr. Jack Musick and Gene (Peggy) Dawson;: and sister- in- law Sue Musick.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents Elza and Ina (Robinson) Musick; sisters Marilyn (Richard) Sanborn, Violent (George) Dawson, Pauline (Paul) Demp, Roseann Musick; and sister Cheryl Dawson; brother Donald Musick, and sister-in-law Shirley Musick.

A memorial service will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the J.E. HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME, 118 W. Walnut St., SHAWNEE, Ohio.

 Friends may call from 12 P.M. until the time of the service.
