Kenneth Ray Roush

Kenneth (Kenny) Ray Roush, 61, of Logan passed away on Wednesday, January 8 at the Fairfield Medical Center. Kenny was born November 11, 1963, in Washington Courthouse, Ohio., a son of the late Curtis A. and Kathleen (Patterson) Roush. He was a graduate of the Ohio School for the Deaf in Columbus. Kenny was good with his hands, having worked in auto mechanics and masonry trades. He took after his dad with his big heart, caring demeanor, and daylong honesty. He was a beloved brother and was special to the entire family. Kenny loved them all dearly and will be tremendously missed. Kenny is survived by his siblings David Roush, Jack (Tonia) Roush, Rick (Deanna) Roush, Curt (Evelyn) Roush, Delores Dye, Carolyn Taulbee, Richard Delong, and Brenda Johnson; a daughter; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Gary, Larry, and infant brother Jerry; sister-in-law Sue Roush; and brother-in-law Johnny Dye. Friends may call 2:00-4:00 PM on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2025, at the JE HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME, 118 W. WALNUT STREET, SHAWNEE, OHIO 43782. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Honoring Kenny’s wishes, cremation will follow the service. His final resting place will be in the Henderson Cemetery in Henderson, West Virginia.
