Kathy (Ervin) Shoults

Kathleen ”Kathy” Sue Ervin Shoults 59 of New Lexington entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Friday January 10, 2020.

Kathy was born March 15, 1960 in Zanesville, daughter of Pat (Williams) and the late Jack Ervin.

Besides her mother, Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 39 years Mike Shoults; her sons Dustin (Tracy) and Justin Shoults; sisters Jackie (Kevin) Pitman, Leslie (Joe) Winnenberg; brother John Ervin; step-daughters Gina Shoults , Kim Starlin and Stacy (Terry) Poling: grandchildren Hayden, Hannah, Shalynn, Justus (Jess)  and Jacob Shoults, Colten and Connor Poling, J.C. Harvey, Logan and Landin Bentley, Noah Stenson, Aiden and Bella Starlin; brothers-in-laws Sam Hahn and Roger (Mary) Shoults; several nieces, nephews and cousins

Kathy dedicated her life and career selflessly caring for her family, friends, and patients whom she loved as family. She will be missed by all who knew her. Kathy was a breast cancer survivor and recently retired from Fairfield Medical Center after 20 years of service.

A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held at noon on Wednesday January 15, 2020 at the J.E. Humphrey Funeral Home 118 W. Walnut Street Shawnee with Rev Art Minnehan officiating.

Interment: New Lexington Cemetery.

A meal will be served at Onward Grace Christian Church following burial at the New Lexington Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home
