Judy Carole (Burrows) Harbin

Judy C. Harbin 63 of Logan passed away on Tuesday January 28, 2025.

She was born June 3, 1961, in Fairfax, Virginia, a daughter of the late Richard L. and Barbara C. Reynolds Burrows.

Judy was a member of the First Union Church of Logan and enjoyed doing arts and crafts.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kachana and Jacob Nolette of Virgina; her siblings David Burrows of New York, Ginger Daloisio of New York, Lorine Langenfeld of New York, Terry (Eugene) Ratliff of Virginia, Roy Burrows of Florida, Roger Burrows of Tennessee, Richard “Ricky” (Michelle) Burrows of Arizona, Paul Burrows of Tennessee and Mark Burrows of South Carolina; grandchildren Jeremy Ray, Shawn Avery, Alarura Dannon and Jacob Evan Nolette II; special friends Carla Taylor and Grace Morris; several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Rhonda Knickerbocker and her sister-in-law Dana Burrows.

Per Judy’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
