James William “Billy” Harris Jr. 41 of Junction City passed away Sunday April 30, 2023 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.

He was born October 5, 1981 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, a son of Carolyn Casto Harris Scott and the late James William Harris Sr..

Billy was a graduate of New Lexington High School; he enjoyed fishing and tinkering with cars.

Besides his mother he is survived by his children William Andrew Harris and Helen Ranee Harris; his siblings James Clifford Harris, Karen Ann Collins and Bradley Alan Collins; his grandmother Helen Leota Casto; his step father Delmer Scott; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his father he was preceded in death by his grandfather Robert C. Casto.

Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
