Goldie Mae Canter, 48, of Somerset passed away on Tuesday March 24, 2026, at the Genesis Emergency Center of Somerset.

Goldie was born on October 8, 1977, in Lancaster, Ohio, the daughter of the late William R. Canter and Brenda S. Stump.

Goldie is survived by her sons Thomas (Shelbi) Canter, Zander W. Ellis, and Trenton (Arianna Freitag) R Ellis, mother, Brenda Stump, brother Robert Canter, Paul (Brandi Losey) Canter and Joseph (Karen Losse) Ogg, nieces and nephews, Rylee Ogg, Logan Ogg, Hunter A. Canter, Beth Seagraves, and Zoey Seagraves, Uncle John Stump, grandchildren, Harley A. Canter and one on the way

Besides her father Goldie was preceded in death by Uncles Jeffery Stump and James W. Stump; her grandparents Waveline Stump and Paul E. Stump; her stepdad, Richard Ogg.
