Frances Kay Burns 72, of Corning passed away on Saturday September 25, 2021, at the Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster Ohio.
Kay was born on March 29, 1949, in Corning Ohio a daughter of the late William and Anna (Kaido) Hill.
Kay was the business manager and bookkeeper for Burns Oil, she served the people of Perry County for 8 years as their Clerk of Courts, was Valedictorian of her Miller High School graduating class; she loved going to auctions and she liked things to be done right.
Kay is survived by her husband of 54 years Willard Burns, son and daughter in law; Willard and Becky Burns, sisters Mary Margaret McDaniels, and Anna May Wright.
Following Kay wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will held at a later date.
