Eileen Ann (Lucas) Gaddis

Eileen Ann Gaddis 88 of Shawnee passed away Wednesday January 22, 2025, at her home.

She was born February 22, 1936, in Hemlock, a daughter of the late Mike and Bertha Arkley Lucas.

She retired from Bryant of New Lexington, she enjoyed fishing, quilting and attending her grandchildren and great grandchildren ball games and events.

She is survived, by her daughters Cindy (Rick) Dew and Tammy (Rick) Corp, sisters Barbara (Jack) Harris, Ruth Johnson, Norma (Harland) Spencer, Nancy (Tim) Baker; her brothers Kenny (Michelle) Lucas and Terry (Tina) Lucas; brother and sister in law Jack and Shirley Gaddis; grandchildren Eddie (Mickie) Dew, Anna (Chris) Snedeker, Joshua Gaddis and Tyler (Kallie) Gaddis; great grandchildren Carli, Eddie and Emma Dew, Robert Ava and Carson Snedeker; Lincoln, Grayson, Jack and Andy Gaddis; great-great grandchildren Gavin and Madalyn Salisbury and Hudson Dew.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gary Gaddis; her son Jeffrey Gaddis; brother Michael (Ruth) Lucas, father and mother-in-law Jack and Eleanor Gaddis; brother in laws John Johnson and Robert Dale (Shirley) Gaddis.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday January 25, 2025, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in New Lexington with Father Emmanuel Adu Addai Celebrant.

Internment: Springer Cemetery, Hemlock.

Friends may call from 4-7 pm on Friday January 24, 2025, at the J.E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Shawnee and from 10-11 am on Saturday at the church.

In lieu of flowers Memorial donations may be made to the St. Rose Catholic Church.
