Donald Ray Paige

Donald Ray Paige Sr. 81 0f New Lexington, passed away Thursday July 29, 2021, at the Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster.

He was born November 11, 1939, in Wayland, Kentucky, a son of the late Harlan Lee and Hazel Ramey Paige Sr.

He was a member of the Drakes House of Prayer and was a former coal miner.

He is survived by his wife Geraldine Lakes Paige: his children Donald Ray Paige Jr., Randy (Stephanie) Paige and Mike (Tracy) Paige; stepchildren Marita Paige and Rebecca Paige; his sisters Virginia Bailey and Shirley Boling; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson Elijah Raider; stepchildren Danita Click, Mark Wilder and Ricky Wilder; his sisters Louise Alexander, Barbara Hall and Edna Conley; his brothers James Robert Paige, Harlan Lee Paige Sr. and Garland Paige; infant brothers Cecil and Willy Paige.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday August 2, 2021, at the Oakwood Cemetery, Millertown with Larry Pierce officiating.

Friends may call from 12pm to 1:30 pm on Monday August 2, 2021, at the J.E. Humphrey funeral Home, Shawnee.
