Dixie Lee Roukie 77 of Logan passed away Wednesday May 27, 2026 at the Pickering House, Lancaster.
She was born, November 3, 1948 in Nelsonville, a daughter of the late William Leroy and Doris June Cox Keplar.
She was a former member of the Midnighters Car Club of California, where her Pink and White 1959 Nash Station Wagon turned many of heads.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly (Jeff) Hamner; her grandchildren Amber Berry and Terry Hamner; her siblings Lucinda (Kim) Foltz, Andrew Keplar, Erica (Donna) Keplar, Mikie Keplar and Billie Keplar; several nieces and Nephews.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Roukie Jr., her son Terrence "TJ" Roukie; her siblings Freddie Keplar, Cheryl Keplar and Jetta Sue Rische.
Per Dixie’s wishes cremation will take place and no services will be held at this time.
