Deborah L "DEBI" Ashbaugh

Deborah L. "DEBI" Ashbaugh 68, of Logan, Formerly of Athens, passed to her next Life on Tuesdays January 13,2026, due to complications from a fall.

Debi was born on January 21,1957 in Wheeling WV and lived her early days on Wheeling Island WV. Debi attended school in Athens Ohio and graduated From Federal Hocking High school in 1975. Debi lived and worked as a medical assistant in Athens Ohio, Lancaster Ohio, and Orlando Fla. Debi was a huge Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds fan, and she never missed Jeopardy.

Debi was preceded in death by her parents, Issaic “Ike” and Janet (Gatrell) Ashbaugh, sister, Sue Ashbaugh, brother, Robert Ashbaugh and nephew Randy Poling.

Survived by her brother, Brad Ashbaugh and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great- great nieces, great-great nephews and great-great-great nieces and great-great-great nephews, and finally, her beloved cat, Graci. Brad will Honor Debi’s wishes for Cremation, and a memorial service will be held at a later date
