David Vollmer Obituary

David W. Vollmer, 70, of New Straitsville passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Fairview Assisted Living. Dave was a former employee of Diamond Power Lancaster. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. Dave survived by his children Traci Vollmer, Shawn Vollmer, Shannon Vollmer and Josh Vollmer; sister Jenny (Fred) McKnight; brother Todd (Sheri) Vollmer; several grandchildren; great- grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents Harold “Peanut” and Joy (Lawson) Vollmer, and brother Kelly Vollmer.

Honoring Dave’s wishes, cremation will take place.
