Cindy Lou Burnett Dunkle 60 of New Lexington passed away Friday December 22, 2023, at the Genesis Morrison House, Zanesville,
She was born April 15, 1963, in Zanesville, a daughter of Larry Burnett and the late Shirley Johnson Burnett.
Cindy was a member of the Church of Christ; a 1981 graduate of Miller High School, she was a longtime Administrative Assistant at Fairview Assisted Living in New Lexington and spent most of her career working in health care, when she wasn’t working in health, she loved being a photographer and capturing the special moments in people’s lives.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years Bob Dunkle; her daughters Lynsi Henwood and Emily (Jake) Denny; her father Larry (Sue) Burnett; grandchildren Abbigail Denny, Addison, and Aiden Shaeffer; her sisters Tammy (Don) Waite, Wendy Steen, and Lisa (Rod) Alfman; her brother-in-law Tim (Connie) Dunkle; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Burnett; brother-in-law Dave Steen; sister and brother -in-law John and Pam Nutter and her father and mother-in-law Warren and Connie Dunkle.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Hospice Morrison House 713 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, Oh 43701.
As per Cindy’s request, no calling hours will be observed, and a private family service will be held.
