Carolyn Bernard Obituary

Carolyn Miller Bernard, 74, of New Straitsville, passed away at Doctor's Hospital West in Columbus Ohio on Sunday, December 13, 2020.

She was born on December 9th, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio to Ernie and Pearline (Young) Miller.

She is survived by her children, A.J. (Christy) Bernard and Jennifer Spencer, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Morgan and Meghan Spencer and Andrew Bernard. She is also survived by her siblings, Larry (Edna) Miller, Melody (Chris) Pallos, Pam (Gayle) Tobin, Timothy (Synda) Ketchum, Michael (Suzanne) Ketchum. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Larry R. Bernard, and one infant daughter.

Carolyn spent most of her life as a mother and homemaker but worked in various places, including the Murray City Post Office, the Logan Animal Clinic, and as a driver for Meals on Wheels. She was a dedicated member of her church in Hollister, Ohio.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
