Carmel Quinn Harvey-Woodward 63 of Coshocton formerly of Shawnee passed away on February 14, 2026, at Genesis Medical Center Zanesville.
Carmel was born September 1, 1962, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Jack and Vivian (VanMeter) Harvey
An employee of Kraft Coshocton for over 29 years, Carmel was an extremely hard worker, who would regularly put in 10 hours shifts; she was always thinking of her kids and grandkids best interest at heart, and she was a hardcore Ohio State Fan.
Survived by Russell Stone, her children Bill (Amber)Lanning, David Lanning, Steven Woodward, Callie Stone and Jake Stone. Stepsons, Christopher Stone and James (Tracy) Stone, Siblings, Keely (Mike) Thompson, Kevin Harvey, John (Kim) Harvey and Vince Harvey; 14 grandchildren; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Besides her parents Carmel was preceded in death by her brother Bill Harvey.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Saturday February 21, 2026 at the J.E. Humphrey Funeral Home 118 W. Walnut Street Shawnee. Following services the family will honor Carmel wishes for cremation.
Friends may call from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
