Billie Sue Doss 79 of Corning passed away Sunday February 2, 2020 at the Genesis Hospital, Zanesville.

She was born August 27, 1940 in Putney, Kentucky a daughter of the late Bill and Patsy Mullins Pope.

Billie was a loving housewife, mother and grandmother; she was a great cook and loved shopping, crafts, antiques, gardening, humming birds, any type of wildlife. She enjoyed feeding the birds, cooking for and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years William Doss; her sons Jeff (Tammy) Doss, Jody (Dianna) Doss; her daughters Jackie Doss, Libby Doss, Becky (Dane) Founds; her sisters Betty Daniels and Linda McGirt; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her granddaughter Jessie Doss.

Per Billie’s wishes private family graveside services and burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Corning.
